When will my order arrive?

We pack and ship every order within 1–2 working days. Delivery then takes about 1–3 days in Gujarat and 3–7 working days elsewhere in India.

As soon as your parcel ships we send the courier name and tracking number. You can check it any time on the Track your order page.

How do I track my order?

Open Track your order and enter your order number and the mobile number you used.

Is delivery free? Can I pay cash on delivery?

Delivery is free on orders above ₹499, and Cash on Delivery is available across India.

Can I change my address or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as the order has not shipped. WhatsApp us your order number and we will update or cancel it.

Can I return mukhwas?

Mukhwas is a food product, so opened jars cannot be returned. Unopened jars with the seal intact can be returned within 3 days of delivery.

My jar arrived damaged or leaking. What do I do?

Sorry about that! Tell us within 48 hours of delivery on the Returns page with photos or an unboxing video. We will send a replacement or a full refund.

When will I get my refund?

Online payments are refunded to the same UPI, card or bank account within 5–7 working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, we refund to the UPI ID you give us.

How long does mukhwas stay fresh?

12 months from the packing date printed on the jar. Close the lid tightly after every use, use a dry spoon, and keep it in a cool, dry place or the fridge.

What is the difference between with sopari and without sopari?

Only the sopari (cut areca nut). Both blends have the same paan, khajur, rose and fennel base. Without sopari is softer and suits kids and elders.

Which jar size should I buy?

300 g is a good first jar. The 1 kg jar costs the least per kilo and suits families, offices and hosting.

Which payment methods do you accept?

UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and any UPI app), cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery.

Money was deducted but the order did not go through

If the payment failed, the bank returns it within 5–7 working days. If it went through, WhatsApp us the payment screenshot and we will confirm your order.
