These terms apply when you use myswarnix.in or buy from us. Swarnix is operated by Shiksha Enterprise, Surat, Gujarat, India ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and prices

• We try to show colours and details accurately, but actual colours can vary slightly with screens and lighting.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Prices and availability can change without notice.
• If a product turns out to be unavailable or mispriced after you order, we will contact you and either correct the order with your agreement or cancel and refund it.

Orders and payment

• An order is confirmed when you receive an order number on our website.
• We accept online payments (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets) through our payment partner Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery.
• We may cancel orders that look fraudulent, have incorrect details, or that we cannot deliver to.

Shipping and returns

Deliveries follow our Shipping policy, and returns and refunds follow our Refund policy.

Using our website

Please do not misuse the website, attempt to break its security, or copy our photos and content without permission. All content on myswarnix.in belongs to us or our partners.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
