Refund & return policy

Mukhwas is a food product, so for hygiene reasons we cannot take back jars that have been opened. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right. This policy applies to every order placed on myswarnix.in.

Damaged, leaking or wrong jars

If a jar arrives damaged, leaking, with a broken seal, or if you receive the wrong product or size, tell us within 48 hours of delivery on the Returns page with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos or a short unboxing video of the jar and the parcel
• A short description of the problem

After checking, we send a replacement or a full refund. You pay nothing for these.

Unopened jars

If you change your mind, you can return jars that are unopened, with the seal intact, within 3 days of delivery.

Only unopened jars with the seal intact can be returned. We arrange a pickup from your address; a return shipping fee of ₹80 is taken from the refund (free when the jar arrived damaged, leaking or wrong).

What cannot be returned

• Opened jars, or jars with a broken seal that was not reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Jars damaged by handling or storage after delivery
• Requests made after the return window

Refunds

• Once we approve the request (and receive the jar, for unopened returns), we send the refund within 5–7 business days.
• Online payments (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) are refunded to the same payment method.
• Cash on Delivery orders are refunded to the UPI ID or bank account you give us.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel any order free of charge before it ships: WhatsApp or email us your order number. Prepaid orders are refunded in full within 5–7 business days. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled.

How to report a problem

1. Open myswarnix.in/returns and enter your order number and mobile number.
2. Choose the jar and the reason, and add photos.
3. We reply within 1 working day.
